Carine has built the Escaladou's reputation over the years, and embodies the establishment's conviviality and professionalism.
Having grown up in the restaurant business on the lap of her grandfather Jean-Charles and her mother Carine, it was obvious that Marina wanted to continue thefamily tradition of Provencal cuisine.
The chef's menu features seasonal ingredients in simple dishes made in our kitchens and served directly to your plate. You'll also find something to satisfy your thirst from our selection of nectars, but don't forget to save room for dessert!
